Third: Per-computer back-up-and-storage file-duplication-services mostly do not allow users to organize their personal private documents – it simply duplicates the unorganized mess they have on their computer as a backed-up unorganized version.

People are too quick to post to networks and websites or sync multiple computers thus exposing personal private information to re-use by unauthorized and sometimes unscrupulous individuals and groups. The Academy of Lymphatic Studies announces the launch of its updated Web site. The goals of the new Web site include educating patients and clinicians about lymphedema, providing continuing education for therapists and allowing patients to easily order their medical supplies.

As the premier institution for continuing education in Lymphedema Management, the Academy of Lymphatic StudiesÂ’ Web site includes dates and locations of the AcademyÂ’s certification courses in Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy.

The director of the Academy of Lymphatic Studies authored a textbook titled “Lymphedema Management” for patients and health care professionals, which was published by Thieme Medical and Scientific Publishers, New York, NY.
