Is an IGNOU Degree Certificate worth appearing for CAT (MBA) from some other university?

I’m doing B.Com from IGNOU and planning to take an MBA Degree from some other Indian University once i’ve completed my current graduation course. So I wud like to know, if a degree course certificate issued by IGNOU meets the eligiblity criteria for taking an MBA (thru CAT) from some other univeristy. Will other universities from which i’m planning to take MBA in future, consider my distance learner certificate similar to a degree cerificate issued by any other Indian Univeristies to regular students?
