True Patriot, this is for you: Obama never authored most of those bills, he sponsored them. Big difference. Understand, someone else actually wrote the words, gave the bill to him, and then he presented it to either congress or his committee. He may not even understand these bills, or for that matter, even read them before submitting them. Big, big difference here. Also note, his actual passage rate of bills is about 2%. And the numbers are no where near the 2000+ you have noted. Do you homework before you start making false statements.

Nothing. It’s like the Democrat Party is trying to cast someone in the role of President, instead of actually sending out someone who should be allowed to hold the office. I see what they’re going for here, but come on. Seriously.

Lets not forget that all those lives that were lost volunteered to be there and many are proud to have served in that war. Don’t let your contempt for National Security undermined what they have done or the lives that were lost. They were not drafted they signed up on their own. That is ALWAYS a possibility, even when not on the front lines. The military is a very dangerous job.

BTW John McCain was a CAPT in the NAVY! One step below an Admiral (General equivalent in Army) much different then to be a Capt in the Army…

McCain is NOT the same as Bush he has stated he wants to remove the troops too but gradually. Even MARINES (those people unlike all these whiners who ARE serving their country) say that we need to be there now in interest of National Security. Unless you want a 9/11 repeat, but it would be much worse (remember when the WTC was hit the first time during the Clinton Reign)? McCain knows military strategy and if something like that happened now I would rather have McCain instead of Obama.

He doesn’t seem to be like all the other old guys who put money before citizens. That’s sort of an accomplishment but also kind of risky because at least those old guys passed with a C BUT I think I’ll roll the dice on this one. It’s sad that all Americans aren’t happy in their current and past living conditions but could you blame them. A lot of people gravitate to change when present is messed up. We just might be a nation of whiners after all.

His only accomplishment is having been able to become media darling. This has nothing to do with governing experience though.

He passed a lot of bills as senator and some of them ended up as legislation. Apart from senatorial experience, he has no executive or leadership experience at all. Compare that to McCain who used to be a captain/army leader, and his VP Sarah Palin (Alaskan mayor and now governor).

Easy. He was a Constitutional Law professor at the University of Chicago Law School for twelve years. He knows that job inside and out.
