Will a BA Degree from University of Phoenix meet California State College requirements for a Masters Degree?

Does anyone know if earning a BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix online will meet the requirements needed to enroll in one of the California State Colleges (for example San Jose State University) Masters or MBA program?

Bachelors in Psychology, Now can I get a masters in finance or an MBA? Or did I have to major in business?

I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from USC, and was now wondering if I can get an MBA or a masters in finance. Or did I have to major in buisness related studies to gain admission into an MBA program? Could I get a job pretty easily at a company like Raymond James or Northwestern Mutual with a masters in finance or an mba?
